This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to all information, software, interfaces, and outputs made available by or through DexRails (the "Service"). It supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Defined terms capitalized below match the Terms unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE I — No professional advice

1.1 Not investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice. We do not assess your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions with legal or financial consequences.

1.2 No fiduciary relationship. Use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and the Operator.

ARTICLE II — No warranty as to outcomes or assets

2.1 "As is" / "as available." The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2.2 No warranty as to accuracy or timeliness. Market data, news, analytics, simulations, and AI-generated text may be delayed, incomplete, erroneous, or inconsistent. You must independently verify any information before relying on it for trading or reporting.

2.3 Asset losses. The Operator disclaims responsibility for any loss, theft, depreciation, or destruction of Digital Assets, fiat, or other property connected to your use of the Service or linked third-party platforms.

ARTICLE III — Forward-looking and hypothetical information

Charts, backtests, paper-trade results, scenario analyses, and AI commentary may describe hypothetical or historical performance. Past or simulated performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any forward-looking language is subject to risks and uncertainties; actual outcomes may differ materially.

ARTICLE IV — Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with exchanges, wallets, data vendors, and AI providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party terms, outages, security incidents, or conduct. Your use of third-party services is at your sole risk and subject to their policies.

ARTICLE V — Regulatory status

Except where we expressly state otherwise in a jurisdiction-specific addendum, DexRails is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or equivalent regulated entity. Offerings of the Service may be limited or unavailable in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether your access and use comply with local law.
